Sustainability Workshops
Reimagine Institute has presented over 100 free workshops in our space and at local schools, businesses and non-profits, educating Londoners to reduce waste and live more sustainably. Having taken a pause during the pandemic, in May 2022 in-person workshops resumed in the new "Reimagine Space", located at 206 Piccadilly St, London, ON.
Greening Festivals and events
Reimagine Institute consults with organizations and event planners to encourage and support them to compost and to reduce waste, and coordinates volunteers to help sort waste and raise awareness at festivals, including VegFest, Go Wild Grow Wild, Sunfest, and Home County Music & Art Festival.
The Institute for Community Sustainability was imagined, created, and built in the context of living, working, and benefiting from the historical and ongoing settler occupation of Indigenous lands on Turtle Island, specifically on the land currently known as “London, Ontario”. Visit Acknowledging the Land for our full land acknowledgement and commitment to reparations.
